We are please to announce that we will be hosting Kamber's Kaskets a non-profit charity. This is a very special and unique opportunity. We hope to see all of you out there supporting too. Please click on picture to see.
There are 50 total vendor spots. But they are filling up, so don't wait until the last minute! It's 1st come, 1st serve.
There are 3 different booth sizes available. -large (10X6) -Medium (8X6) -small (8X4)
Again, it is 1st come, 1st serve. So if you want a large booth, then hurry because the largest booths will most likely go first. No spots will be reserved without paying your vendor fee first. So get your money in and reserve your spot ASAP!
Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own tables, table cloths, etc. Anything you need, you bring. There are electric outlets if you need them, but you will need to bring an extension cord. Some spots are covered and some will need awnings/tents if you want shade.
Vendors will be required to be at both locations an hour early to be set up and ready to go no later than 8:50am.
We are aware that when you put your time and $$ into a boutique that you don't want to have competition with other vendors selling your same product. However, we are allowing multiple vendors to sell the same product as long as the products differ enough (i.e. clothing for babies vs. clothing for adult). We want a wide variety for a successful boutique!
Advertising will be done in the following: -flyers at stores -word of mouth (so get talkin') -Craigslist ad -Newspaper ad -Facebook -Blogs -sign spinner -door to door flyer distribution. -Etc.
Each vendor will receive 20 flyers to pass out to whom ever your heart desires. Each vendor will be in charge of their own sales transactions.
